What is teh best live help & analytics software?

I’ve checked a number of solutions. I am researching on Sales-n-Stats by Qualiteam (makers of x-cart). It looks like the best solution, but I need you opinion and/or comments on it.

    Yea, Sales-n-Stats is very good solution, as well as other Qualiteam products. SnS is live help, web site monitoring and analytics tool included into single framework.
    Personally, I am very impressed with its features and flexibility.
